Quilt Festival 2009 in Götzis (III)

Unfortunately, my interest in the last few days in bed with bronchitis and was involved in a further report on Götzis not to think. Now it's me something better and some photos of our Quilt Festival shall see her yet.
due to a bronchitis I was bedbound and it was unthinkable to write a further report about Götzis. Now I am feeling better and bring you some additional photos.

Wird das obere rechtwinkeliges Dreieck auf eine besondere Art und Weise zerschnitten und neu zusammengefügt, so fehlt plötzlich ein Quadrat. Wer dieses Phänomen zuerst entdeckt hat, ist in der Fachwelt strittig, im Internet finden sich dazu viele Beschreibungen. Soweit bekannt ist dies jedoch weltweit der erste Versuch, dies in einem Quilt zu realisieren ;-)
If you cut the upper rectangular triangle in a very special way and rearrange the parts to form the new lower triangle, there is a square missing suddenly. Who discovered the phenomenon for the first time is disputed among experts, you may find a lot of descriptions on the net. As far as we know, this is the first time in the world that it was realized in a quilt ;-)
